Relationship to maker: My mum and role model for kindness

Maureen Little [born Bourke] is a keen genealogist and so embroidering her female whakapapa was a wonderful mix of my skills and her knowledge. She is the mother of four children and has been happily married for 53 years to Michael. 

Maureen works in a crisis agency helping people to make realistic liveable budgets, showing them how to manage themselves out of debt with full dignity, and she looks after a number of homeless people who adore her. She is a most caring and loving person, and an amazing mother, nana, and great nana. She is love personified.
