Relationship to makers: Honora (Nora) was the grandmother of my mother Margaret Hendren (nee Brosnahan) 

Honora (Nora) Toohey was born in 1969 in Leithfield, daughter of Matthew Toohey and Mary Eagleton. She married Patrick Brosnahan in 1898 at Amberley. They farmed at Rosewill in Canterbury. They had seven children born at Rosewill, though three died in childhood. She died in 1961 in Timaru.
