This appears to be Minnie Caroline Ashbolt whose mother’s name was Minnie Jane Ashbolt (nee Hinde). 

Minnie Caroline was born in Christchurch in 1871, the eldest of ten children. She married Frank Ernest Foote in 1984. There are several mentions of Sister Ashbolts in association with Christchurch Lodges of the International Order of Good Templars which was described as ‘a great international brotherhood, based on the practice of Total Abstinence from intoxicating drinks’. Both sexes are on an equality and alike entrusted with the unwritten work of the Order.’ 

Minnie and Frank had two sons, Leslie Frank born1895 and Albert Edmund born1895. Minnie died in 1945 and is buried in Christchurch.
